Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Disposable or non reusable goods such as coils, liquids and tanks are exempt from being returned due to the nature of the products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The manufacturers we deal with have authorized our technician to carry out warranty repairs, in the event of a faulty product we will first offer a repair service, if an item can not be repaired then and only then will we issue a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, our on site technician will determine if the item was faulty or self inflicted damage (Juice damage, water damage, physical damage are not covered under manufacturers warranty.)
Warranty does not cover disposable items such as tanks or coils. Due to the item being placed orally into the mouth it cannot be returned due to hygienic purposes.
If the item is found to have been self inflicted damage, photographic proof will be provided.
If the product was deemed faulty and is still in warranty we can then offer an exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However in certain situations account credit may be applied.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If your item is faulty and has a manufacturing defect, the postage for return that you have paid will be refunded up to £4.00.
